General

By making a reservation or dining at Kakushin Restaurant, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from Kakushin Restaurant. Walk-ins are welcomed subject to availability. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to release reserved tables if guests are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to charge the full dining amount for no-shows where a deposit or credit card guarantee has been provided.

Promotions & Offers

All promotions and offers are valid for dine-in only unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or membership benefits unless explicitly stated. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is subject to availability and while seats last. All prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge where applicable.

 

Membership (Patron's Club)

Membership is subject to the terms and conditions of the Kakushin Patron's Club programme. Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply to the registered member only. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any membership tier or benefit at any time. Points and privileges have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Guests with dietary requirements or allergies are advised to inform the team at the time of reservation. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, Kakushin Restaurant cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Kakushin Restaurant accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed dietary requirements.

Dress Code

Guests are encouraged to dress smart casual or above in keeping with the dining experience. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry to guests dressed inappropriately.

Photography & Social Media

Guests are welcome to photograph their dining experience for personal use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from Kakushin Restaurant management. Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to use photographs taken within the premises for marketing purposes unless guests expressly opt out.

Conduct

Kakushin Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful to staff or other guests. No external food or beverages are permitted on the premises unless as part of an approved BYOB arrangement under the Patron's Club programme.

BYOB

Bring Your Own Bottle privileges are available exclusively to eligible Patron's Club members. A corkage fee may apply. Management reserves the right to determine eligibility and applicable conditions.

Liability

Kakushin Restaurant accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Guests dine at their own risk and Kakushin Restaurant shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from dining at the premises.

Privacy

Personal data collected at the time of reservation or membership registration is used solely for the purposes of reservation management, membership administration, and marketing communications. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent. Guests may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

​

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
